The Health Advisor at Healthy Directions works directly with our best customers, conducting one-on-one consultations to answer questions about the dietary supplements they take, and to provide the health advice offered by our company’s thought leaders. You’ll listen to their concerns and help them develop a personal plan to achieve the optimum health they desire.
This position entails answering questions by phone and email regarding product information and benefits, ingredients, recommended dosages and usage. You will need to be able to read and interpret scientific studies and other technical information to make evidence-based recommendations to our customers. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about helping customers and resourceful in giving them the answers they seek.

We’re looking for a motivated professional to provide service-focused communication with our clients. In this position you will be responsible for “exception processing” (non-standard transactions) related to our vitamin supplement and newsletter business. Transactions include any pertinent change/adjustment which supports our customers’ requests. You’ll use your good judgment and decision-making skills to satisfy customer needs, respond to customer emails, key orders, read and respond to customer letters, and review reports in our fulfillment systems.
This position requires experience in a customer service call center environment, solid customer service skills with the ability to develop accurate, timely and comprehensive responses to our customers, ability to work with multiple software systems, and a positive attitude and flexibility to work in a high production position.
