We’re seeking an experienced merchandising manager to handle all aspects of merchandising analytics to inform doctor brand product strategies, evaluate SKU and category level performance, and increase product sales and gross margin. You will partner with Directors and Vice Presidents of Merchandising to drive our strategic growth agenda.

In this position you will prepare the annual product level budget, forecasts, and reviews, analyze product and category level performance, evaluate new product opportunities, help manage the product portfolio mix, establish and manage list prices for all products, coordinate with other teams to devise and implement new offers and products, and monitor market and competitor activity.

Successful candidates need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business (MBA preferred) with 3+ years relevant work experience at a leading consumer products company, direct marketing/catalog/retail company, or consulting firm.
  • Experience in a fast-paced consumer-oriented merchandising department with 100+ SKUs under management annually and frequent new product introductions.
  • Exceptional quantitative analysis skills with a history of developing budgets, forecasts, merchandising models, pricing models, and competitive assessments.
  • Expert knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint.
